Relief for Hip and Lower Back Pain

The 90/90 position (or what pain management specialist Pete Egoscue has termed “static back”) has often been referred to as a “silver bullet” for low back/hip/neck/shoulder (and even knee, ankle, elbow and wrist!) pain. the 90/90 position is easy, you can do it almost anywhere. As always, for any pain, be sure to talk with your doctor before attempting any exercise.
